Regarding your notification that every week you arrange the holy sichos in French and so on, since the Admor shlita noted: (1) Fortunate is their lot, etc., etc. (2) For encouragement and gratitude, etc.—from the Mitzvah Fund of the king—over ten weeks. Please inform how much and to whom to give.
Regarding what you write that when there is room they add halachic rulings and so on—since the Admor shlita noted: (3) This is very proper.
