I wish you to utilize every opportunity you have for the benefit of the holy nation dwelling in the Holy Land, especially in Jerusalem the holy city, and particularly for our fellow Jews who are being rescued from siege and captivity, that their absorption matters should proceed smoothly and quickly, with good arrangements both materially and spiritually together. And the merit of the many will assist you.
