במענה למכתבו מיום ו' אדר והקודמיו, מובן שלכל לראש צ"ל מסודרים ענין הבריאות (כהוראות רופא מומחה), הפרנסה (מבוססת וקבועה ובת קיימא, וכיון שאדם קרוב אצל עצמו וקשה הדבר שידון בזה באופן אוביקטיו – צ"ל התייעצות בזה עם ידידים מבינים וע"מ שיתחשב בדעתם) והשלום בית (שברוב המקרים ככולו דורש ויתורים אפילו באם צד א' צודק במאה אחוז) – ורק אחרי סידור כל הנ"ל (עכ"פ התחלה במדה חשובה בזה) אפ"ל עסקנות ציבורית בת קיימא ומסודרת.
בעסקנות ציבורית בכלל ובפרט בימינו – צ"ל סיכויים טובים מבוססים לסיוע מעוד כו"כ אנשים וככל שתגדל התכנית

לאור כהנ"ל – יכול לברר דעתי בהשאלות אודותן כותב, לאחרי שיברר המצב בזה באופן אוביקטיווי (בהתייעצות עם ידידים, כנ"ל).
מובן שבנוגע להעתקה למדינה אחרת – צ"ל הסכמת עקרת הבית היא האשה – כמבואר בתוה"ק.
בטח שומר הוא השלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים.

In response to your letter from the 6th of Adar and previous ones: It is understood that first and foremost one must arrange matters of health (following the instructions of an expert doctor), livelihood (stable, established, and lasting; since a person is subjective about himself and it is difficult to judge objectively—one must consult knowledgeable friends and act according to their opinion), and peace at home (which in most cases requires concessions even if one side is one hundred percent correct). Only after arranging all these matters (at least beginning to do so in a significant way) can one engage in sustainable and organized public service.
In public service in general—and especially nowadays—there must be solid prospects for support from several people; the larger the plan, the greater this necessity.
In light of all the above—you can clarify my opinion on the questions you write about after you objectively assess your situation in these areas (by consulting with friends as mentioned above).
It is understood that regarding moving to another country—the agreement of the homemaker, meaning the wife, is required—as explained in Torah law.
Certainly you are keeping the three daily study portions in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya as is customary. I will mention you at an auspicious time at the holy resting place.
