May it be His will that the desire of Hashem in your hands will succeed: to spread Judaism in general and the wellsprings (of Chassidus) in particular wherever your reach extends, especially among the graduates of the Chabad trade schools themselves and their families.
We have been assured that matters (and activities) that come from the heart enter the heart and accomplish their effect.
And regarding these days: may there be for Jews light, joy, gladness, and honor—as our Sages interpret: 'light' is Torah, 'joy' is Yom Tov (festival), 'gladness' is circumcision, 'honor' is tefillin—in addition to the simple meaning of Scripture (for a verse never departs from its plain meaning): light, joy, gladness, and honor in their literal sense.
