כיון שיש בין הנשים כאלו שמסיבות שונות קשה להן הדיבור והקריאה בלשון הקודש, חשוב מאד שההצעות וההחלטות של נשי חב"ד יופיעו גם באידיש. ובפרט אשר כמדומה שכן נהוג זה מזמן בירושלים עיהקת"ו ובהצלחה.
ובודאי למותר להסביר אשר בעניני יהדות אי אפשר לחכות עד שהמושפע והמושפעת ילמדו שפה, כי כל יום חשוב, וכמבואר בדברי חכמינו

כפסק הלכה, אשר כל אחד ואחת צריך לראות את עצמו שקול, וכן העולם כולו שקול, ומעשה אחד טוב יכריע הכף לטוב הן בנוגע לעצמו והן בנוגע לכל העולם כולו. והרי חשבון זה צריך לעשות בכל יום ובכל עת ובכל שעה.

The leadership of Nshei Chabad in Kfar Chabad—blessings and greetings!
Since among the women there are those who, for various reasons, find it difficult to speak and read in Lashon HaKodesh (the Holy Tongue), it is very important that the proposals and decisions of Nshei Chabad also appear in Yiddish.
Especially as it seems this has long been the custom in Jerusalem (may it be rebuilt and established) and with success.
It is certainly unnecessary to explain that in matters of Judaism one cannot wait until the recipient learns a language, because every day is important. As explained by our Sages of blessed memory and brought by the Rambam as a halachic ruling: each person must see themselves as balanced, as well as the entire world as balanced; one good deed tips the scale for good—both for oneself and for the entire world. This calculation must be made every day, at all times, and at every hour.
