In addition to what I spoke about with your husband sheyichyeh when he was here, which he surely conveyed to you, I want to add in writing that in general a person cannot comprehend the actions and conduct of the Alm-ghty, etc. However, it is certain that the Alm-ghty cares for every single man and woman with individual Divine Providence. The way to receive the Alm-ghty's blessings is by strengthening oneself in daily conduct according to the instructions of the Torah, Toras Chayim, including the trait of trust (bitachon).
May Hashem Yisbarach bless you and your husband and fulfill your heartfelt desires for good, and most importantly to have healthy children both physically and spiritually, and to raise them for Torah, marriage, and good deeds with good health and a good livelihood.
