Shalom u'Vrachah!

It has been greatly emphasized to you the importance of shalom bayis (peace in the home), and the idea of a get (divorce) has been completely rejected.

In your case, Hashem has blessed you with children who certainly need a home, etc. Therefore, continue to be the homemaker, and may Hashem grant you success.

It is understood—as is customary among Jews—that together with your husband you can present your situation before a rabbi and ask him to mediate between you, etc. The names (also your husband's) I will mention at the Tziyun.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that maintaining shalom bayis is paramount, discourages divorce, and encourages seeking rabbinic mediation for marital issues while assuring his prayers for blessing and success.
