2) התחזקות בהנהגה יום יומית ע"פ התומ"צ (כולל – בטחון בהשם, שזהו
יסוד
בתורה).
וה"ז נותן עוז
ומנוה"נ
לאדם הישראלי (ובפרט – הבטחון והידיעה דהשגח"פ).
3) באם רואה נחיצות בזה – יבקר אצל רופא.
4) תהלים חדשי.
5) השמות ואזכיר עה"צ.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
1) He should strive energetically (but of course with modesty) regarding a shidduch (with a religious girl—of course).
2) Strengthen his daily conduct according to tzt"z (including—trust in Hashem, which is a foundation of Torah). And this gives strength and leadership to the Jewish person (especially—the trust and knowledge of Divine Providence).
3) If he sees it necessary—he should visit a doctor.
4) Monthly Tehillim.
5) The names—and I will mention them at the Tziyun.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages energetic but modest efforts in seeking a shidduch, strengthening daily observance and trust in Hashem, consulting a doctor if needed, reciting Tehillim monthly, and assures that he will mention the names at the Tziyun.
