ג) עוד נקודה, ומשום זה נשלח המכתב דחוף מהיר, בהמשך למה שדברתי עם כת"ר ע"ד ביקור באוניברסיטה בבולוניא אשר באיטליא, שחל בזה שינוי, (א) נתברר שרובם ככולם של הסטודנטים שרוצים להשפיע עליהם הם (מהארצות) דוברי עברית או אנגלית, (ב) אחד מצעירי עסקני חב"ד יבקר שם על פי התכנית שלו בשבועות הקרובים, ואולי גם על מנת לשהות שם זמן ארוך וכו'. אשר על פי האמור אין צורך להטריח את כת"ר לבקר שם. ואם בהתאם לביקור העסקן הנ"ל שם יהיו שינויים, יודיעו למר.

Shalom u'Vrachah! First things first: above all, thank you for fulfilling the shlichus and the effort you invested in visiting the places and people I asked you to visit; surely good results will come from this.
b) I have just received the book Tosafot Chakmei Anglia, and thank you for your attention in sending it to me. Seeing a proof is not like seeing a finished and printed book. May it be G‑d's will that the saying of our Sages z"l be fulfilled in him: "One who has one hundred desires two hundred; two hundred desires four hundred," so that your desire to publish the words of earlier sages as angels will grow, and may Hashem fulfill this desire in actuality, as above—in an ever-increasing manner.
c) Another point—and because of this the letter is sent urgently—in continuation of what I spoke with you about regarding a visit to the university in Bologna, Italy: there has been a change. (a) It has become clear that almost all of the students whom we want to influence there are (from countries) Hebrew or English speakers; (b) one of the young Chabad activists will visit there according to his plan in the coming weeks, perhaps even staying there for an extended time, etc. Therefore, based on this information, there is no need to trouble you to visit there. If changes occur according to that activist's visit there, they will inform you.
And in closing similar to the opening: thank you for your letter about your impressions from the Chabad evening in Jerusalem Ir HaKodesh—especially since as you wrote it was just as we discussed: without embellishment or flattery—charming and graceful.
