גם הנשים חייבות ללמוד הלכות הצריכות להן לידע אותן, כמו דיני נדה וטבילה ומליחה ואיסור יחוד וכיוצא בהם, וכל מצוות-עשה שאין הזמן גרמה וכל מצוות לא-תעשה של תורה ושל דברי סופרים שהן מוזהרות בהן כאנשים.
בהתאם לפסק הלכה הנ"ל הרי יש לנערות לימוד גדול שאפשר בגמרא ובעיקר בשולחן ערוך וקצור שולחן ערוך, לימוד המביא לידי מעשה, כמאמר חכמינו

In response to your letter from the 21st of Iyar, in which you ask about girls learning Gemara, I am quoting here the words of the Alter Rebbe in Hilchos Talmud Torah (end of chapter 1): Women are also obligated to learn the laws they need to know, such as the laws of niddah and immersion and salting and the prohibition of seclusion and similar matters, as well as all positive commandments not dependent on time and all prohibitions from the Torah and from our Sages which they are warned about just like men.
According to this halachic ruling, girls have a significant area of study possible in Gemara but mainly in Shulchan Aruch and Kitzur Shulchan Aruch—study that leads to action—as our Sages said: "Action is primary." Based on your letter's style, I hope you are learning as described above in the style of Gemara: "Great is study that leads to action," fulfilling mitzvos—fitting for a Bas Yisrael—each one called a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah who built the House of Israel.
This includes being a living example to influence all your friends since the mitzvah "Ve'ahavta l'reiacha kamocha" (Love your fellow as yourself) is a great principle in Torah.
