I was pleased to receive your letter through our friend Mr. Shlomo shiy", Midanchik, chairman of the Kfar Chabad committee, who also delivered your letter to me. I thank you sincerely for your good wishes and blessings in connection with the completion of twenty years since the passing of my revered father-in-law, the Admor, on Yud Shevat this past year. Whoever blesses is blessed by the Holy One, blessed be He—a blessing without limit—and may you and your household be blessed in all that you need. As you concluded your letter: May it be G‑d's will that we all merit together to see the complete redemption through our righteous Moshiach soon.

You surely know that about two years ago I began requesting support for renewing a Chabad settlement in Chevron (limiting the proposal specifically within its borders—a sort of agreement and validation of the approach of "You murdered and also inherited," literally). Of course, there have been no results yet, but I have not given up hope.
Summary
