בהמשך למה שדברנו כאן קודם נסיעתו ביום חמישי בקרני מר הלר שי' ודיבר בפרטיות אודות ההצעה שלו, שמהפרטים נראה שהחששות דכת"ר שאולי העסק אינו בר הכנסה וכולי אין להן מקום, כיון שהבאַנק בארקלי באנגלי' השקיע בו סכום גדול וכולי.
כן הוסיף שהשתתפות המשרדים באה"ק ת"ו שייכת וצריכה לשלם הוצאות העתקת הסניפים האחרים ג"כ לקרית מלאכי, זאת אומרת שאין בזה ענין של הכנסה בשבילו. כן לאו דוקא שיעתיקו כל הסניפים בבת אחת, אם מאיזה טעם שיהי' רוצים לעשות זה צעד אחר צעד.
כן הוסיף שאמת שכמה וכמה בתי חרושת מסוג זה ישנם באה"ק ת"ו אבל הם קטנים שלא בערך מבית חרושת שלהם המספק לערך כששים אחוז ויותר מכל הנצרך באה"ק ת"ו.
עוד האריך בזה וניכרים דברי אמת, אבל אין צורך להעתיקם כאן כיון שאצל הרה"ח וכו' הר"א שי' וואלף נמצאת העתקת השקו"ט שלו עם המשרדים השונים שמהם יראה נכונות כל הנ"ל.
כוונת מכתבי היא בשתים: הא', שכנראה יש כאן איזה סכסוך בין משרד אחד לחברו ובמילא סובל כל הענין, וד"ל. שלכן כדאי לחקור עוה"פ בכל זה ובפרט שבאם ימשיכו את מר הלר לעניני חב"ד יש לקוות לתועלת בעוד שטחים. ועוד וגם זה עיקר, שלשבת קודש העבר כבר חזר הנ"ל ללונדון, אבל אמר שבאם יש איזו תועלת שיבקר באה"ק ת"ו יטלפנו אליו מאה"ק ותיכף ומיד יבוא. הטלפון שלו וכו' נמצא אצל הרא"וו.
מובן מהנ"ל הטעם שאני שולח מכתב זה מהיר דחוף, ובפרט שכפי הידיעה כאן נמצא כעת באה"ק גם מר נתן שי' וואָגעל ידידו של הנ"ל.

Following up on what we discussed here before your trip on Thursday in Kiryat Mar Heller shiyichyeh, who spoke privately about his proposal: from the details it appears that the concerns you mentioned—that perhaps the business is not profitable—are unfounded, since Barclays Bank in England invested a large sum in it, etc. He also added that the participation of the offices is relevant and they should pay for the expenses of transferring other branches to Kiryat Malachi; meaning there is no issue of personal profit for him. Also, it is not necessary to transfer all branches at once; if for any reason they want to do this step by step, that is also acceptable. He further added that while there are several factories of this type in England, they are much smaller compared to their factory which supplies about sixty percent or more of all that is needed in England. He elaborated further but there is no need to repeat it here since Haraha"ch etc. Harav A. Wolf has a copy of his correspondence with the various offices from which all this can be confirmed.
The purpose of my letter is twofold: first, it seems there is some dispute between one office and another which causes harm to the entire matter; therefore it would be worthwhile to consult a legal expert about all this—especially since if Mr. Heller continues his involvement with Chabad affairs there is hope for benefit in additional areas.
Furthermore—and this is most important—last Shabbat he already returned to London but said that if there would be any benefit for him to visit England again they should call him from England and he will come immediately. His phone number etc. can be obtained from Harav Wolf.
It is clear from all this why I am sending this letter urgently—especially since according to information here Mr. Natan shiyichyeh Vogel, a friend of Mr. Heller, is currently in England as well.
