בעת שלחו ספר תורה "אל ידידינו אנ"ש ותלמידי התמימים המתישבים כעת בארץ הקדושה תבנה ותכונן". וז"ל:
"בראשית התישבותכם בארץ הקדושה תבנה ותכונן. עליכם להתבונן היטב ולדעת, בהכרה הרגשה והתקשרות פנימית, כי ההשגחה העליונה הביאה אתכם ואת בני ביתכם יחיו,
לארץ
אשר עיני ה' אלקינו שמה מראשית שנה ועד אחרית שנה. ובפלטין של מלך מלכי המלכים הקדוש ברוך הוא, אתם נמצאים בכל עת ובכל שעה.
והיתה קבלת ספר התורה אשר אני שולח לכם, לאות זכרון תמיד במוחכם ובלבבכם, לסדר את כל חייכם הפרטיים והכלליים, על פי התורה, וכפי שהורונו אבותינו רבותינו הקדושים זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, לחנך את בניכם ובנותיכם יחיו בדרכה, בלי כל פשרות, ולהאציל מרוחה, רוח ישראל סבא, על שאר אחינו בני ישראל יחיו, הקרובים והרחוקים לעת עתה, בהשפיעכם עליהם לנחותם הדרך העולה בית אל, היא דרך לימוד התורה ביראת שמים וקיום המצות בהידור, מתוך קירוב אמיתי, הנובע מאהבת ישראל ומדות חסידות אשר על פי תורת דברי אלקים חיים.
והי' כל אחד ואחת מכם, נר להאיר את חושך הגלות, אשר אתם ואנו נמצאים בו, באור הוי',
עדי
יקיים ה' את יעודו, על ידי נביאיו הקדושים, להשמיענו קול מבשר משמיע ישועה, כי נחם הוי' עמו, והולך לפנינו הוי' לקבץ גליותנו ולגאלנו גאולת עולם.
השם יתברך יהי' בעזרכם ויברך אתכם ואת בני ביתכם יחיו בכל הצריך לכם בבני חיי ומזוני רוויחי בגשמיות וברוחניות, ויגאלנו כולנו על ידי משיח צדקנו, במהרה בימינו, אמן.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Surely the two Torah scrolls that were sent from here have already arrived and been received.
As has already been said—both by myself and by my revered father-in-law, the Admor—who wrote on Friday afternoon before Shabbos Kodesh, after midday, for the portion "Ki Savo el HaAretz... v'Shavsah HaAretz Shabbos LaHashem" (Bamidbar 9:1), when he sent a Torah scroll to our dear friends Anash and the students who were then settling in Eretz HaKodesh. His words were as follows:
At the beginning of your settlement in Eretz HaKodesh, you must deeply contemplate and recognize—with awareness, feeling, and inner connection—that Divine Providence has brought you and your families to the land upon which "the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are always upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end." In the palace of the King of kings, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, you are present at every moment. The receiving of this Torah scroll that I am sending you should serve as a constant reminder in your minds and hearts to order all aspects of your personal and communal lives according to Torah—as our holy forebears taught us—to educate your sons and daughters in its path without compromise, to impart its spirit—Ruach Yisrael Saba—to other Jews near and far by influencing them towards "the path that leads up to Beis El," which is learning Torah with awe of Heaven and performing mitzvos with beauty. This should be done with true closeness stemming from Ahavas Yisrael and chassidic character traits based on Toras Chayim.
Each one of you should be a candle illuminating the darkness of exile in which we all find ourselves—with Hashem's light—until Hashem fulfills His promise through His prophets to let us hear good tidings: "Hashem has comforted His people," "Hashem goes before us," gathering our exiles and redeeming us with an everlasting redemption.
May Hashem help you and bless you and your families with all your needs—children, life, abundant sustenance—both materially and spiritually. May He redeem us all through Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days. Amen.
Please convey the content of this letter to your wives, sons, and daughters—each one individually.
May it be G‑d's will that they fulfill everything written above with joy, gladness of heart, expansiveness—and ever-increasing light—until the fulfillment of "As in the days when you left Egypt I will show you wonders" (Micah 7:15) with the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu very soon.
With honor and blessing for successful organization materially and spiritually—and with wishes for a kosher and happy Pesach holiday.
