דהתועדות שמחת תורה וההמשך שלה בשבת בראשית, ויהי רצון שיתאים הבית לשמו, שישמש מרכז לנוער היהודי ברוח הנ"ל, תורה בשמחה ושמחה בכל עניני אדם מתוך תורה, שהרי כל עניני האדם והבריאה בכללותה מקורם בתורה, וכהודעת חכמינו ז"ל (ב"ר בתחילתה) שהתורה היא דיפתראות ופנקסאות שעל פיהן ברא הקב"ה את עולמו. שמזה גם מובן שכל עניני הבריאה מקורם בתורה ובאים לשלימותם כשמתאימים למקורם, על ידי האדם החי וקיים בהתאם למקורו, וק"ל.

גדול הוא בתורה, אני תפלה ובתקוה טובה וחזקה אשר נוער זה יגדל להיות כל אחד מהם מרכז לכמה וכמה מנוער בני עמנו, אשר גם הם יגדלו ברוח התורה והמצוה, עד שתהי' השמחה כפולה,

רבותינו נשיאינו ענין דשמחת תורה: שמחת התורה בכל אחד ואחד מהם, ושמחתם הם בתורה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The guests who returned to Eretz Yisrael surely conveyed my oral blessing regarding the matter of the day—the dedication of the house named after you in Kfar Chabad—and with a drink that brings people closer, from mashkeh at the Simchas Torah farbrengen and its continuation on Shabbos Bereishis. May it be G‑d's will that the house lives up to its name, serving as a center for Jewish youth in the above-mentioned spirit: Torah with joy and joy in all aspects of life through Torah. After all, all aspects of human life and creation as a whole have their source in Torah, as our Sages taught (Bereishis Rabbah at its beginning) that Torah is like blueprints and ledgers by which the Holy One, blessed be He, created His world. From this it is also understood that all matters of creation derive from Torah and reach their perfection when they align with their source—through a person living according to his own source—and so it is.
And since 'VeAhavta LeRei'acha Kamocha' (Love your fellow as yourself) is a great principle in Torah, I pray and strongly hope that these youths will each become a center for many more among our people’s youth, who will also grow in the spirit of Torah and mitzvah. Then the joy will be doubled—as our Rebbeim interpret Simchas Torah: the joy of Torah within each one of them, and their own joy in Torah.

On this occasion I note what was sent recently; although it may have already been sent separately, perhaps my letter will arrive first—and better an hour earlier than later. Also noted is receipt for the sum delivered by you through the people of Kfar Chabad before Rosh Hashanah. And if an individual's righteousness is weighty etc., bringing redemption closer (Tanya ch. 37; see there)—how much more so one who serves as a center for many: chosen from among many and influencing many.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every institution dedicated to Torah should serve as a beacon for others—especially youth—so that both personal growth and communal influence are achieved through living according to Torah’s blueprint.
