מאז – בכל עניני בית הכנסת הרוחנים והגשמיים; הנוסח, מנהגים, גבאות, בני' וכולי, אך הועד הוא בא כח אנ"ש ובא כחי והוא הַדן, קובע ומחליט כלפי פנים וכלפי חוץ, ולפלא גדול השאלה בזה.
והשם יצליחם בעבודה הקדושה לבסס ולהרחיב ולהגדיל בית הכנסת בכמות ובאיכות, ובודאי כל אנ"ש יסייעו בידם, ויהי'

גדול בתפלה ובתורה הנגלית והפנימית גם יחד – כהוראת בעל השם אדמו"ר הצמח צדק, עדי ביאת

Here is copied the text of the telegram that His Honor, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita was gracious to send you last night:
As I have written previously—in all matters of the synagogue, both spiritual and material; its customs, administration, membership, etc.—the committee is the representative of Anash and my representative. It is the body that discusses, determines, and decides both internally and externally. It is therefore astonishing that there should be any question about this.
May Hashem grant you success in your holy work to establish, expand, and elevate the synagogue both in quantity and quality. Certainly all of Anash will assist you so that the house will be great in prayer and in both revealed and inner Torah—as instructed by the Baal Shem Tov and the tzt"z—until the coming of Tzemach who is our righteous Moshiach.
With blessings for success, and for an active farbrengen in the synagogue on Shabbat Bereishit to come.
