This was printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 33, p. 297. And it is addressed to Moreinu Harav Yisrael Yosef Zalmanov. Haircutting: see also above vol. 18, letter 6,449. Regarding the custom to be meticulous, etc.: To accustom the child in matters of wearing tzitzis katan, morning blessings, Birkat HaMazon, and Shema before bed (see letter of Admor Mohariyatz "to Zalmanov, 15 Menachem Av 5702"—quoted in Hayom Yom, 4 Iyar; above vol. 21, letter 7,825; and elsewhere).
