In response to your questions: The name "Metivta" is not so commonly used in our region; rather "Zal" is used. The specifics of the curriculum should match the level of the students—allowing to some extent for subjects they desire—as much as possible aligning with what is studied here (at least approximately). The involvement of the students in Tzach activities and similar should only be in a way that does not at all interfere with their study schedule, as is self-evident. Regarding licensing and the opinion of the attorney, financial matters and similar—these should be handled through consultation among the members of the administration and their decision [though certainly they will inform here about this].
With abundant blessings for great success in holy work to increase Torah (both revealed and inner aspects) and to glorify it within the holy institution and through it—in the entire environment, city, and state—and with joy and good heart.
Summary
The Rebbe guides the Melbourne Yeshiva to tailor studies to student needs while maintaining alignment with established standards. Extracurricular activities must not disrupt learning. Administrative decisions should be made collaboratively by leadership.
