Regarding your inquiry about a suitable time to visit here—for several reasons it is advisable during the month of Divine favor and on festivals. [However, sometimes for a homemaker this is associated with various difficulties; in such cases it is worthwhile to connect it with the time of the Nshei Chabad convention here, which usually takes place between Pesach and Shavuos. In particular, you should correspond with the central office of Nshei Chabad here.]
Certainly you participate in the activities of Nshei Chabad in Kfar Chabad, and certainly it is unnecessary to elaborate on their necessity.
