Regarding your question about the manner and place of your future work—it is clear that there is utmost priority for you to work in Lubavitch institutions (priority both from your side and from the institutions). It is also clear that the work should be done in a way that utilizes your abilities to the maximum possible extent and with joy—and I see no reason or matter that would prevent fulfilling both of these conditions together. As mentioned above, this is for the benefit of all parties.
In your letter you write otherwise. Consult with local friends whether this is truly so or if perhaps you are mistaken because you are personally involved. Decide according to their advice. May Hashem guide you on a good path before Him for good in both material and spiritual matters together.
