בעת רצון אזכירם על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר על שמו נקראו בתי הספר ומתאים לרוחו והוראותיו יתנהלו בעז"ה
למילוי משאלות לבבם לטובה ולברכה ובנקודה העקרית - אשר יוסיפו בהתמדה והתמסרות ללימודי קודש, והלימוד יביא לידי מעשה קיום המצות.
ידוע מאמר רבנו הבעל-שם-טוב, אשר מכל ענין צריך האדם ללמוד בהנוגע לעבודתו את השם יתברך ויתעלה. ומכאן הוראה, לכל איש ואשה הישראליים, שאם יש בחינה באיזה ענין, הרי לכל לראש צריך להתבונן ולעשות בחינת עצמו בעניני קדושה, היינו בתורה ומצות, כי באלה כל אדם נבחן בכל יום,
ובלשון רבנו הזקן (בעל התניא והשו"ע): והנה ה' נצב עליו ומלא כל הארץ כבודו ומביט עליו ובוחן כליות ולב אם עובדו כראוי (תניא פרק מ"א בתחלתו. עיי"ש).

In response to your letter regarding the upcoming exams, at an auspicious time I will mention you at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, after whom your schools are named and whose spirit and instructions guide them, with G‑d's help, toward fulfilling your heartfelt wishes for good and blessing. The main point is that you should increase your diligence and devotion to Torah studies, so that learning leads to action—the observance of mitzvos.
It is known from our teacher the Baal Shem Tov that from every matter a person must learn something relevant to his service of Hashem, may He be blessed and exalted. From this comes a lesson for every Jewish man and woman: if there is an exam in any subject, first and foremost one should reflect and examine oneself in matters of holiness—that is, in Torah and mitzvos—for in these every person is tested daily. In the words of our teacher the Alter Rebbe (author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch): "VeHinei Hashem Nitzav Alav U'Malei Kol HaAretz Kevodo U'Mabit Alav U'Vochein Kelayot VaLev Im Ovdoh K'Ra'ui" (And behold, Hashem stands over him and the whole earth is filled with His glory; He looks upon him and examines his mind and heart to see if he serves Him properly) (Tanya ch. 41 at its beginning; see there).
