Organizing Committee, Ludmir, 30 Chazon Ish Street, Bnei Brak: May the completion of writing the Sefer Torah and its dedication to the Chabad synagogue Ahavas Yisrael be with great success and good preparation for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness on Shavuos—the yahrzeit of David Malka Meshicha and of the Baal Shem Tov—and may all this continue throughout the entire year.
