בעת רצון יזכירום על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע למילוי משאלות לבבם לטובה, שיסתדרו כל הענינים באופן שימלאו החלטתם הטובה (שבודאי בתוקף היא) ללמוד בהתמדה ושקידה תורתנו הק' תורת חיים, שבודאי נכלל בזה גם קביעות עתים בלימוד פנימיות התורה, שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, וכמבואר ההכרח בזה בכ"מ ומהם בקונטרס לימוד החסידות ותורת החסידות לכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שעל הציון הק' שלו יזכרו.
ויהי רצון שכשם שהביאו הבקשה כן יבשרו טוב בזה.
בטח שומרים הם על התקנה דאמירת השיעור תהלים חדשי - כמו שנחלק לימי החדש - בכל יום אחר תפלת הבקר, וגם מהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלהם - באם לא נבדקו בשנים עשר חדש האחרונים - ובכל יום חול קודם הנחת התפילין להפריש פרוטות אחדות לצדקה - כמובן שהפרשה לצדקה צ"ל בלי נדר -.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Monday. At an auspicious time, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagam ziya, for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good—that all matters should be arranged so that you fulfill your good resolution (which is surely strong) to study our holy Torah, the Torah of Life, with diligence and perseverance. This certainly includes setting fixed times to study the inner dimension of Torah, which in our generation has been revealed in the teachings of Chassidus—as explained regarding its necessity in many places, including in the booklet "Study of Chassidus and Teachings of Chassidus" by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—at whose holy resting place you will be mentioned.
May it be G‑d's will that just as you brought this request, so too you will report good news about it.
Surely you are keeping the custom of reciting the daily portion of Tehillim as divided for each day of the month—every day after morning prayers. It is also appropriate that you check your tefillin if they have not been checked within the past twelve months. And every weekday before putting on tefillin, set aside a few coins for tzedakah—of course, giving tzedakah should be without a vow.
Blessings for good news in all the above matters.
