Mr. Yaakov, may he live.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 27th of Nissan. It is surprising that you write with questions about moving overseas when you could have easily turned to the Chabad rabbis and heads of Chabad yeshivas in Eretz HaKodesh itself without much trouble, and they would have clarified your doubts and questions. In any case, since you already wrote, I will answer at least briefly.

Regarding your question about the prayer text—our custom follows what is printed in the Siddur Tehillat Hashem, which is also published in Eretz HaKodesh. There it says "ve'emunato" (and His faithfulness) without a parenthesis; that is, we do say it.

Regarding the word "al" at the end of Hallel—in our custom we omit the word "al," and say "yehalelucha... kol ma'asecha" (may all Your works praise You), as edited by the tzt"z in his Siddur.

Regarding standing during Torah reading—see the gloss of the Rebbe Rashab in Siddur Tehillat Hashem.

Regarding standing during Kriat Shema—there are differing customs here; consult a rabbinic authority in your community.

The manner of studying Chassidus with your brother—since this depends on several details and not everyone is alike, consult about this with mashpi'im of Chassidus at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim.

Since you wrote repeatedly regarding these questions and similar matters, there is strong hope that you are not content with your usual study and diligence in Nigleh and Chassidus but are acting according to the directive to ascend in holiness—and nothing stands before willpower.

Certainly you maintain the three well-known daily lessons: Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.

Blessings for good news in all the above.
