במענה למכתבה מיום ששי בניסן, בו כותבת אודות קבלת משרת גננת בק"ק ציריך, והבעיות הכרוכות בזה.
והנה אם נכון הדבר אשר אחריות גדולה בחינוך בנ"י, שהרי על כל אחד ואחת מהם נאמר בנים אתם לה' אלקיכם, אבל רצה הקב"ה לברוא עולמו שכל אחד זקוק לחינוך ועאכו"כ בניו של ממה"מ הקב"ה, שהרי אדם עיר פרא יולד, ולא ניתנה תורה למלאכי השרת כולל גם מצות החינוך אשר בתורתנו תורת חיים, שמזה מובן שביחד עם האחריות ניתנו מלמעלה הכחות למלא תפקיד אחראי זה, ובלבד שיתמסר האדם למילואו בכל לבו, והבא לטהר מסייעין אותו, ובפרט שזכות הרבים, הם התלמידים שלה מסייעתה.
ועשי' בהאמור מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב, כפי שצ"ל קיום כל מצוה ומצוה, מוסיפה בברכת השם והצלחתו.
בברכת חג פסח כשר ושמח.
מנהגו של עולם ובחיי כל אחד שמזמן לזמן ישנן בעיות - ובמקום ספק בפתרונן, נוהגין ע"פ הכתוב: ותשועה ברוב יועץ, מבין ידידים בסביבתה.

ובפרט לפי' המכילתא (בא יב, כז) שע"י הקרבן פסח - פסח ה' על בתי בנ"י. ואף שזמן קרבן הפסח הוא בערב פסח והלילה שאחריו - הרי גם חה"ש הוא ע"ש ז' שבועות שקדמו לו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Friday in Nissan, in which you write about accepting a position as a kindergarten teacher in the holy community of Zurich and the challenges involved.
If it is true that there is great responsibility in educating Jewish children—for regarding each and every one of them it is said: Banim Atem LaHashem Elokeichem ("You are children to the L‑rd your G‑d")—but the Holy One, blessed be He, desired to create His world so that everyone needs education, and how much more so the children of the King of kings, the Holy One, blessed be He. For man is born a wild donkey (Adam Ir Pere Yivaled), and the Torah was not given to ministering angels—including also the mitzvah of education in our Torah of life. From this it is understood that together with responsibility comes strength from Above to fulfill this responsible role—provided a person devotes themselves fully; one who comes to purify is assisted (HaBa L'Taher Mesayyin Oto), especially since the merit of the many—the students—assists her. Doing all this with joy and gladness of heart, as should be with every mitzvah, increases G‑d's blessing and success.
With blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
It is the way of the world and in everyone's life that from time to time there are problems—and when there is doubt about how to solve them, one should follow what is written: Salvation comes with much counsel (Teshuah B'Rov Yoetz), from among friends around her.
