והרי נמצאים אנו למחרת ראש השנה לאילנות, ומקרא מלא דבר הכתוב , כי האדם עץ השדה, והרי ראש השנה הוא יום השפעת כחות חדשים חיות ואור חדש על משך כל השנה הבע"ל, כולל גם צמיחה והליכה מחיל אל חיל בכל עניני תורה וקדושה ומתוך שמחה אמיתית ופנימית.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter, and may it be G‑d's will that there be a complete and speedy recovery for all those you wrote about who need healing. May you also share good news in the other matters mentioned in your letter.
We now find ourselves just after Rosh Hashanah for trees (Tu BiShvat), and it is a clear verse in the Torah that "ki ha'adam etz hasadeh" (for man is like the tree of the field). Rosh Hashanah is a day when new strengths, vitality, and a new light are bestowed for the entire coming year—including growth and progress from strength to strength in all matters of Torah and holiness—with true and inner joy.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as trees receive renewed life on Tu BiShvat, so too do we receive new spiritual energy to grow in Torah and holiness throughout the year. He encourages sharing good news and prays for healing with genuine joy.
