יהי רצון שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ועבודתם בקדש, מלאכת הקדש האמורה תשיג המטרה בקדש, סת"ם מוגהים, אשר גם ע"ז בפ"ע נצטוינו*, ובפרט כשיקראו בס"ת האמורים, יניחו התפילין ויקבעו המזוזות, שנתוסף בזה ענין הברכות קודם המצוה וכו'.
וכמבואר הענין בכו"כ מקומות.
ויהי רצון שלא יצא שום מכשול ח"ו תחת ידם, יכוונו לאמת ויעשו בכל האמור מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

In response to your good news that you have decided to form an association of Soferei Stam, etc., may it be G‑d's will that it be at a good and successful time and that your holy work—this sacred task—will achieve its holy purpose: thoroughly checked Sifrei Torah, Tefillin, and Mezuzot. We are specifically commanded regarding this as well*, especially since when people read from these Sifrei Torah, put on these Tefillin, and affix these Mezuzot, there is an added aspect of blessings before the mitzvah, etc., as explained in many places.
May it be G‑d's will that no mishap ever come through your hands; may you intend for truth and perform all the above with joy and gladness of heart.
