בעתו נתקבל מכתבו, ולאחרי זה גם פ"ש מפורטת על ידי הרה"ג והרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ ורב פעלים וכו' הרב רב"א שי' גורודצקי, שמסר לי על דבר פעולותיו הכי כבירות של מר להחזקת היהדות במחנו הט'.
ויהי רצון אשר פעולותיו אלו לטובת בני ובנות ישראל תעמודנה לו אשר ביחד עם זוגתו שתחי' ישבעו נחת אמתי מכל יוצאי חלציהם שיחיו.
ובפרט אשר בודאי אינו מסתפק בהשגים דעד עתה ויוסיף כהנה וכהנה. והובטחנו הבא לטהר (וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן - ליטהר עצמו ולטהר אחרים) מסייעין אותו.
מלאתי ידי הרב גורודצקי שליט"א לבוא עם כבודו בכתובים בפרטיות באותן הבעיות והענינים שדברו פנים אל פנים. ואני תפלה שתשרה שכינה במעשה ידי כלנו יחד להגדיל תורה ולהאדירה, בהתמסרות הראוי' ובהתלהבות ואור חסידותיים, עבודה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

Your letter was received in its time, and afterwards I also received a detailed report through Harav HaGaon VeHarav HaChassid Vavac"h Iy"a Nu"n involved in tzt"z, energetic and very active etc., Rabbi Raba Gorodetsky shiyichyeh, who informed me about your most outstanding activities to strengthen Judaism in our camp.
May it be G‑d's will that these activities for the benefit of the sons and daughters of Israel will stand you in good stead so that together with your wife sheyichyeh you will derive true nachas from all your descendants sheyichyu.
Especially since you are certainly not content with achievements up to now and will continue to add more and more. We have been assured: "He who comes to purify (and it is known the precision of our master the Alter Rebbe – to purify oneself and to purify others), he is assisted."
I have authorized Rabbi Gorodetsky shlita to correspond with you privately regarding those issues and matters which you discussed face to face.
And I pray that the Shechinah should rest upon the work of all our hands together to magnify Torah and glorify it, with proper devotion and chassidic enthusiasm, work done with joy and gladness of heart.
