I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the assistance you have given until now to the institutions of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—of blessed memory—in Jerusalem the Holy City may it be rebuilt and established, and I hope that you will continue to do so and increase your support even further.
You certainly know even better than I do the needs of these institutions, which rely on the help of all the city's residents—and especially on that of the mayor.
