דעם חג הסיום - וואס קומט פאר באלד אויף מארגען נאך די ימי הגאולה פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, נשיא ישראל, דער מייסד פון ישיבת תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש אין מאנטרעאל - וועט זיכער שטיין אונטער דעם איינדרוק פון די דאזיגע באדייטונגספולע טעג.
די מסירות נפש פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר פאר מוסדות התורה און פאר תלמידי הישיבות און פאר אלע ענינים פון תורה און מצוות, וואס האט געבראכט צו זיין לעבנס-געפערלעכן ארעסט, האט אויך געבראכט זיין נסים'דיגע באפרייאונג. און דאס דארף אונז שטענדיג דינען אלס דערמאנונג - וואס דארף אראפקומען אין מעשים בפועל - אז מסירת נפש פאר תורה און מצוות, ניט נאר פאר זיך נאר אויך פאר א צווייטן אידן, מוז זיגן אפילו קעגן די שטארקסטע שטערונגען; קל-וחומר ווען די שטערונגען זיינען גאר קליינע, אדער ניט מער ווי איינגעבילדעטע.
און כאטש קיינער קען זיך ניט פארגלייכן, אין כוחות און מסירות נפש, צום בעל הגאולה, דארף מען אבער אויך ניט פארגעסן, אז אלס רועה נאמן און נשיא פון אונזער דור האט דער בעל הגאולה אנגעצונדן אין יעדן איינעם פון אונז א גליענדן פונק פון מסירת נפש און צוגאב-כוחות צו קענען נאכגיין אין דעם וועג וואס ער האט פאר אונז אויסגעטראטן.
איך האף אז יעדער איינער פון די תלמידים מסיימים - וואס דער "סיום" איז ניט מער ווי א צוגרייטונג צו דער התחלה פון א העכערע מדרגה - וועט פארזעצן דעם לימוד התורה, נגלה און חסידות, און קיום המצוות, מיט א פארגרעסערטע מאס מסירת נפש - מסירת הרצון - און מיט א שטייגענדער התמדה ושקידה והידור, און וועט אויך אויסניצן די פולסטע השפעה אויף אנדערע אין דער זעלבער ריכטונג.
והשם יתברך יצליחם בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

To the students of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch for the siyum celebration, Montreal. May Hashem be upon them and grant them life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
This siyum—which will take place soon, tomorrow after the Days of Redemption of the Rebbe Rayatz, leader of Israel, founder of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch in Montreal—will surely be marked by the impression of these meaningful days.
The self-sacrifice of the Rebbe Rayatz for Torah institutions, for yeshiva students, and for all matters of Torah and mitzvos—which led to his life-endangering arrest—also brought about his miraculous liberation.
This must always serve as a reminder—which should translate into actual deeds—that self-sacrifice for Torah and mitzvos, not only for oneself but also for another Jew, must prevail even against the strongest obstacles; all the more so when those obstacles are very minor or merely imagined.
And although no one can compare themselves in strength or self-sacrifice to the Baal HaGeulah (the Redeemer), we must also not forget that as a faithful shepherd and leader of our generation, the Baal HaGeulah ignited within each one of us a glowing spark of self-sacrifice and additional strength to follow in the path he paved for us.
I hope that each one of the graduating students—for whom this "siyum" is nothing more than preparation for beginning a higher level—will continue their Torah study (both Nigleh and Chassidus) and observance of mitzvos with increased measure of self-sacrifice—self-nullification—and with growing diligence, perseverance, and beauty. They should also use their fullest influence on others in this same direction.
May Hashem bless you with outstanding success both materially and spiritually together.

The Rebbe teaches that true dedication to Torah and mitzvos requires ongoing self-sacrifice—not just for oneself but to inspire others as well. Drawing from the Previous Rebbe's example, we are empowered to overcome all obstacles in our spiritual growth and influence.
