ובזה רצוני להביע לכ' בפרט עוד הפעם תשואות חן חן בעד השתדלותו ועזרתו עד עתה, אשר להבא בודאי יוסיף כציווי חכמינו ז"ל להעלות בקדש. ברם בהכירי משפחתו ובידעי את כ' לכאורה אין מקום לנתינת תודה בענין כזה, אף על פי כן לגודל הענין וגודל הנחת-רוח הגדתי לו רחשי לבי במפורש.
ויהי רצון אשר ימי סגולה אלו יעוררו בכל אחד ואחד מאתנו התעוררות אמתית ללכת בעקבותיו של בעל הגאולה ולהמשיך עבודתו ומפעליו ומוסדותיו הק' להחזקת והפצת התורה ומצוותי' בחיי היום-יום, באופן דמוסיף והולך, וזכותו יעמוד לכ' ולכל אחד מאתנו להצליח בהצלחה מופלגה, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

Surely you received a copy of the telegram I sent regarding the laying of the cornerstone. With this, I wish to express to you personally once again my heartfelt thanks for your efforts and assistance until now, which will certainly continue in accordance with our Sages' instruction to always ascend in holiness.
However, knowing your family and being familiar with you personally, it would seem there is no need to offer thanks for such a matter. Nevertheless, due to the greatness of this event and the immense satisfaction it brings, I have explicitly shared my heartfelt feelings with you.
May it be G‑d's will that these auspicious days arouse within each one of us a true awakening to follow in the footsteps of the Baal HaGeulah (the one redeemed), continuing his work and holy institutions to strengthen and spread Torah and its mitzvos in daily life—always increasing. May his merit stand for you and all of us for outstanding success both materially and spiritually.
