לכתבו: במכתבו: מש"כ הרב האריז"ל על מה שאמרו רז"ל מפני מה ישראל מתפללין ואינן נענין כי אינם מכונים בשם, שאינם מכונים בצירופי הוי"ה א' מדי חדש בחדשו, ואם כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א יסכים לפרסם בשמו על גודל הענין של כונת הצירופים שזה מסוגל לקבלת תפלות ישראל ברו"ג, הרי אעשה זאת ברצון רב שהוא לטובת ישראל.

This requires further study) – see the explanation in Shaar HaKriat Shema, beginning with "It is stated in Sifrei" (in the Siddur of Admor HaZaken), as well as in Shoresh Mitzvat HaTefillah by Admor tzt"z, chapter 7.

Because they do not have intent in the Name; they do not have intent with the combinations of Havayah each month anew.
