Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Sunday, Parshas Re'eh: "Anochi noten lifneichem hayom brachah" (I place before you today a blessing), may Hashem Yisbarach continue His blessings to you and to everyone in your family sheyichyu—blessings in a visibly good way. This should be so that with joy and gladness of heart, without any confusing matters, one can fulfill—as the verse continues—"tishme'u el mitzvos Hashem Elokeichem" (you will listen to the commandments of Hashem your G‑d), conducting daily life according to the instructions of our Torah of Life and fulfilling its mitzvos about which it says: "v'chai bahem" (and you shall live by them).
Included in this—understood and among the fundamentals—is that teaching students with education al taharas hakodesh should be done with devotion and joy. If a little light dispels much darkness—meaning anything that holds back a Jew from serving Hashem together with his household in joy and gladness of heart—how much more so when instead of a little light there is much light: Torah Or (Torah is light), u'Maor shebaTorah (the luminary within Torah), pnimiyus haTorah Toras haChassidus. Conducting oneself in a Chassidic manner by learning Chassidus oneself and with others.
And it should be fulfilled: "samcheinu k'yemos inisanu" (make us rejoice as You afflicted us), that from now on only goodness, kindness, and joy should be by each of you and by everyone together. Especially as we approach the month of Elul—the month of mercy—which as Rabbeinu HaZaken says, then Hakadosh Baruch Hu receives every single person with a pleasant countenance (Likkutei Torah D"H Ani L'Dodi) and descends down even below ten tefachim.
With blessing for good news in all the above.
P.S. Regarding your question about a special conduct—it is necessary to keep up the daily study cycles of Chitas every day; on every weekday before morning prayers as well as before Minchah to set aside some coins for tzedakah; and most importantly—to be strong in trust in Hashem Who watches over each individual with individual Divine Providence; He is the essence of good and it is the nature of good to do good—even until visibly revealed good. Me'at Or: Tanya chapter 12.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that living joyfully according to Torah brings visible blessings. By increasing light through Torah study—especially Chassidus—and maintaining daily practices like Chitas and tzedakah with trust in Hashem's goodness, one dispels darkness for oneself and others.
