נ. ב. לכתבה אודות, מאלע, הנה כיון שדעת איזה רופאים, שכשמסירים אותם, הרי על ידי זה עצמו - מגרים את הגוף ונותנים מקום אשר יחזור עוד הפעם, משא"כ (לדעתם עכ"פ) כשאין נוגעים בהם, וגם שלא לחכך ולגרד אותם וכו' - נוח יותר, והרי גם זה סימן טוב הוא, אשר אינם גורמים לה כל אי נוחיות, ולכן יש להתייעץ עם עוד רופא מומחה בכהנ"ל. ובאם יהי' חילוקי דיעות בין הרופאים, הרי שב ואל תעשה עדיף.

In response to your letter from the 6th of Tammuz. At an auspicious time, you and your family will be mentioned at the holy resting place of the Rebbe Rayatz of righteous and holy memory, as appropriate to the content of your letter. This is, of course and obviously, for success in the activities of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in your camp. These days are auspicious days, being close to the festival of redemption on the 12th and 13th of Tammuz—the redemption of the Rebbe Rayatz, leader of Israel.

P.S. Regarding what you wrote about moles: since some doctors believe that removing them stimulates the body and may cause them to return, whereas (at least according to their opinion) if they are left alone—and also not scratched or irritated—it is easier. This is also a good sign that they do not cause you any discomfort. Therefore, you should consult another expert doctor on this matter. If there is a disagreement among the doctors, then it is preferable to refrain from action.
