וכיון שבתפלה נוהגים להזכיר גם בשם האם, יודיע השמות של כל אחד ואחת שכותב אודותם בצירוף שם האם שלהם, ויזכירום כאו"א על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
ואלו שמתו ל"ע ול"ע הילדים שלהם, בטח יסבירם שעליהם להוסיף בדיוק זהירות חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה, וישאלו להם מורה הוראה היודעים הם כל הפרטים בזה ועל מנת לשמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ככל הדרוש.
ולאלו שעדיין לא נתברכו בפרי הבטן, נוסף על דיוק זהירות בחוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה יבררו באם לא הי' בהשידוך שלהם, פגיעה בכבוד בן או בת ישראל באופן שעל פי דין צריכים לבקשת מחילה.
ולאלו ואלו מהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלהם ואת המזוזות בדירותיהם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין, והנשים תשמורנה על מנהגן הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב.
וכיון שהוא המביא הבקשה והוא בן ישיבה, מובן שעליו להוסיף בהתמדה ושקידה בלימוד התורה והידור בקיום המצות, שמלבד גודל הענין מצד עצמו, הרי זה גם צנור וכלי לקבלת ברכת השי"ת בהמצטרך לו ובמילוי משאלות לבבו לטובה בהאמור.

In response to your letter from the 4th of Tammuz requesting a blessing and a pan (pidyon nefesh). Since in prayer it is customary to mention also the mother's name, please inform me of the names of each person you write about along with their mother's name. They will be mentioned individually at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come), according to the content of your letter.
For those who have unfortunately passed away or whose children have unfortunately passed away, you should certainly explain to them that they must be especially careful in observing the laws and regulations of family purity. They should consult a halachic authority who knows all the details in this matter and commit to observing them properly from now on as required.
For those who have not yet been blessed with children, in addition to being meticulous about family purity laws and regulations, they should clarify whether there was any offense caused during their match that would require asking forgiveness according to halachah.
For both groups, it is appropriate that they check their tefillin and mezuzot in their homes to ensure all are kosher according to halachah. The women should maintain their good custom—like proper Jewish women—to give charity before lighting candles every Friday afternoon and before Yom Tov.
