בהזדמנות זו אביע קורת רוחי מבקורו בכפר חב"ד והתרשמותו, שרואה אני בזה התחלה טובה להידוק הקשר עם אנשי חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו, וכיון שכל הענינים בעולם הם באופן של גומלין, הרי בודאי שתהי' מזה תועלת לשני הצדדים.

In connection with the festival of Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah, which is approaching for us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby wish you and your wife a happy holiday, and in the traditional wording of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
On this occasion I express my satisfaction from your visit to Kfar Chabad and your impressions; I see in this a good beginning for strengthening the connection with Chabad members in Eretz Yisrael, may it be rebuilt and established. Since all matters in the world are reciprocal, there will surely be benefit for both sides from this.
