Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from 12/10, it is surprising that it lacks the main point. I mean according to our Sages' teaching regarding the ultimate purpose of man's creation: to serve his Creator (end of tractate Kiddushin) through Torah study and fulfillment of His mitzvos in daily life.
Even though you begin your letter by introducing yourself, you do not write anything about your set times for learning our Torah of life or regarding your observance of its mitzvos, about which it is said 'v'chai bahem' (and you shall live by them). Surely you will include this next time.
I hope it is unnecessary to add that one of the mitzvos is 'Ve'ahavta l'reiacha kamocha' (love your fellow as yourself), i.e., to also influence your friends and environment so that they too behave in this manner. Nothing stands in the way of true will.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that serving G‑d through Torah study and mitzvah observance is life's core purpose, and we must also inspire those around us to do so—since with true will, nothing can stand in our way.
