It is surprising that the matter of housing has been delayed for such a long time, even the preparations for planning this housing have taken an extremely long period. In such matters, it can be said that the longer it drags on, the more difficulties and obstacles arise.

It is understood that priority in housing should be: a) to farmers; b) to those engaged in teaching. And obviously, first comes one who does not have any home at all in the village before one who wishes to exchange for a better home. It is clear that these are general guidelines, and in such cases nothing is set in stone—there can always be exceptions.

In continuation of the above: it is puzzling that on one hand you write several times about the very small number of those involved in agriculture; yet on the other hand, when I advise someone to take up agriculture, I am told that all agricultural plots and fields have already been divided long ago and there is no available land. But when planning the village there was enough land for dozens of people to engage in agriculture—so what happened to it?

I await good news regarding all of the above.
