לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבלו ביחד שני מכתביו (הא' שהתחיל לכתוב י"א תשרי וסיימו כ"ז, והשני מכ"ח תשרי) והקודמם, ומחכים להמשך בשו"ט בכל הענינים אודותם כותב.
ובמה ששואל פירוש אודות צירוף השטחים, קשה להורות מכאן איזה גוש לצרף ואיזה לא, שזה צריך לראות ולהחליט על אתר. והנקודה כללית בזה כבר נכתבה, שבכדי למנוע מדת הנצחנות, צריך להשתדל ע"ד הצירוף ובאופן שישאר ג"כ מה שלא יצטרף, בכדי שלא יטענו שאי אפשר לוותר על נקודות ההתיישבות וק"ל...
כנראה הי' קצת סדר יותר בפעולות חדש תשרי ע"י שהתייעצו מקודם לזה, וכנראה שהכינו איזה תכנית, אף שכנראה גם היא לא היתה מפורטת כל צרכה, ובמילא נשארו איזה פרטים כקדירה דבי שותפי. ובטח על יסוד זה יתכננו תכנית מפורטת לחדש כסלו הבע"ל, ובעיקר חגיגת י"ט כסלו.

After the longest pause, I received together your two letters (the first you began writing on the 11th of Tishrei and finished on the 27th, and the second from the 28th of Tishrei) as well as your previous one. We await further good news in all matters you write about.
Regarding your question about merging territories, it is difficult to instruct from here which area to merge and which not to; this must be seen and decided on site. The general point has already been written: to avoid stubbornness, one should strive for merging in such a way that something remains unmerged, so that no one can claim it is impossible to give up settlement points—this is clear enough.
It seems there was somewhat more order in the activities of Tishrei because there was prior consultation, and apparently some plan was prepared, even though it too was not detailed enough; thus some details remained like a pot belonging to partners. Surely based on this foundation you will prepare a detailed plan for the coming month of Kislev, especially for the Yud-Tes Kislev celebration.
