In response to your letter from the 11th of Adar Sheni, in which you write about the participation of former students of the Kishinev Yeshiva in strengthening and developing your holy yeshiva under your administration, and you propose that the building be named "House of the Students of Kishinev Yeshiva," as well as that receipts for funds received by them should be worded: "Yeshivas Achei Temimim Lubavitch, under the presidency of the Rebbe shlita of Lubavitch, House of the Students of Kishinev Yeshiva."

Although you do not specify this in your letter, it is understood from this request that those mentioned are taking upon themselves the expenses of the building, etc. If so, there is room for the administration of Yeshivas Achei Temimim Lubavitch in Rishon LeZion to discuss your aforementioned request.

May it be G‑d's will that through you and them, His exalted Name will be glorified by Torah study with awe of Heaven—using both inner and outer keys, large and small doors together—until the prophecy is fulfilled: "And they shall no longer teach each man his neighbor... for they shall all know Me, from their smallest to their greatest, says the L‑rd."
