I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 29th of Sivan. It is surprising that there has been no news from you. Apparently, this lack of information is not only from Eretz HaKodesh in general but especially regarding the matters of the ReseT—and even when a letter does arrive from the ReseT, it is with a very great delay—this shows a complete lack of order... Until when will this be a stumbling block for us, disrupting the flow and influences that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, bestows in a manner beyond nature...

Just now I received your letter from the 24th of Tammuz, as well as the booklet Nigleh d'Admor HaEmtzai. Many thanks. What exactly is being done regarding the chassidic manuscripts about which I wrote and requested? It was printed in Kuntres "Tzaddik Lamelech," part D page 106, from a facsimile of the letter.
