איך באגריס הערצלעך אלע פארזאמלטע און אנטיילנעמער אין דער היינטיקער יערלעכער חגיגה פון מרכז הישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש, און ווענדע מיך צו יעדערן פון זיי מיט דעם דורך-מנהג-ישראל-תורה-הוא-געהייליקטן ברכה-אויסדרוק:

אמעריקאנער אידן דארפן אפגעבן א שבח והודי' צום אויבערשטן וואס זיי האבן זוכה געווען, אז הוד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, זצוקללה"ה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע האט בא זיין אנקומען אהער מיט דרייצן יאר צוריק גלייך פארפלאנצט דעם אייגנארטיקן ג-טלעכן וויינגארטן, כרם ה' צבאות, די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש אויך אויפן אמעריקאנער באדן.
בא היינטיקן טאג, אונטערציענדיק א סך-הכל פון די דרייצען יאר אונערמידלעכער מסירות-נפש'דיקער ארבעט פון די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים דא אין לאנד, זיינען איבערצייגט, די אלע וועלכע זעען און שאצן אפ זאכן לויט זייער ריטיקן אמת'ן אינהאלט און ווערט, אין דער גרויסער ג-טלעכער ברכה וואס די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש, מיט זייערע פילע הונדערטער תלמידים יראים ושלמים מסורים ונתונים לה' ולתורתו הק', האבן איריינגעבראכט אין דעם אידישן לעבן באמעריקא. דער מוסטער פון מסירות-נפש פון די תלמידים ומחונכים און זייער טיפגרייכנדער איינפלוס אויפן אידישן געזעלשאפטלעכן און אויך פרטיות'דיקן לעבן איז אן איבעראל אנערקענטער פאקט.
מיר אלע זעען באשיינפערלעך, ווי פאר אונזערע אויגן ווערט פארווירקלעכט, מיט יעדן טאג אלץ מער און מער, די גרויסע הייליקע אויפגאבע וואס הוד כ"ק מו"חא אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע האט זיך געשטעלט בא זיין אנקומען אין אמעריקע, און האט וועגן דעם מערערע מאל מודיע געווען בא פרשידענע געלעגנהייטן; דאס איז:
מאכן אמעריקע פאר א מקום תורה ביראת שמים!
און די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש האבן א גרויסן און חשובן חלק אין דער אויספירונג און דערנעענטערונג צו דער מטרה.
און דעריבער, אין דער צייט ווען דער מרכז הישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש, לעבט איבער א העכסט ערנסטן פינאנציעלן קריזיס, וואס שטעלט אין געפאר די שוין עקזיסטירנדע מוסדות און, זעלבסטפארשטענדלעך, באשווערט די אומבאדינגט נויטיקע אויסברייטערונגען און פארגרעסערונג פון דער צאל ישיבות,
מוזן אמעריקאנער אידן, און בפרט די אלע פארזאמלטע, דורכגעדרונגען ווערן מיט דעם באוואוסטזיין, אז דאס איז זייער חוב קדוש צו מאכן די גרעסטע אנשטרענגונגען אויף צו געבן דעם מאקסימום הילף צו די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש, בכדי צו דעקן זייער גרויסן דעפיציט און געבן די מעגלעכקייט ווייטער אנצוגיין מיט דער ארבעט פון הרבצת תורה ביראת שמים, און מאכן אמעריקא פאר א מקום תורה ויראת שמים.
איך האף, אז די אלע פארזאמלטע, און יעדערער פון זיי, וועט באם היינטיקן צוזאמענקונפט זיך אנשטרענגען צו באשטייערן אליין די מאקסימאלע סומע, און אויך מיטהעלפן אז עס זאל גלייך געשאפן ווערן דער נויטיקער סכום וואס די הנהלת מרכז הישיבות תומכי-תמימים ליובאוויטש ערווארט.
און דער זכות פון צדקה בכלל, און בפרט צדקה וואס איז פארבונדן מיט חינוך הכשר, שטארקונג פון אידישקייט, תורה ויראת שמים,
וועט ממשיך זיין און ברעגען צו די אנטיילנעמער, הם ביתם ובני ביתם שיחיו, ברכה והצלחה בהמצטרך להם - בבני, חיי ומזוני רויחי.

To all those gathered and participants in the thirteenth annual United States celebration of the Central Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch, may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
I warmly greet all those gathered and participating in today's annual celebration of the Central Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch, and I address each one of you with the time-honored expression of blessing: Baruch Haba B'Shem Hashem! ("Blessed is he who comes in the name of Hashem!")
American Jews must offer praise and thanks to the Alm-ghty for having merited that His honor, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—upon his arrival here thirteen years ago immediately planted the unique G‑dly vineyard, Kerem Hashem Tzevaos ("the vineyard of Hashem of Hosts"), namely the Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch, also on American soil.
On this day, summing up thirteen years of tireless self-sacrificing work by these yeshivos here in this country, all who see and truly appreciate matters according to their real content and value are convinced of the great G‑dly blessing that the Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch—with their many hundreds of students who are G‑d-fearing and upright, devoted and dedicated to Hashem and His holy Torah—have brought into Jewish life in America.
The model of self-sacrifice shown by these students and educators—and their profound influence on both Jewish communal life and individual lives—is a universally recognized fact.
We all clearly see before our eyes how, with each passing day more and more, is fulfilled the great holy mission that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—undertook upon his arrival in America. He announced this mission several times on various occasions: to make America a place of Torah imbued with awe of Heaven! The Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch have a major and significant role in carrying out and advancing this goal.
Therefore, at this time when the Central Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch are experiencing an extremely serious financial crisis—which endangers already existing institutions and naturally hinders absolutely necessary expansions and increases in the number of yeshivos—American Jews, especially all those gathered here today, must be permeated with awareness that it is their sacred duty to make every possible effort to give maximum assistance to these yeshivos. This is needed to cover their large deficit and enable them to continue spreading Torah imbued with awe of Heaven—and thus make America a place of Torah and awe of Heaven.
I hope that all those gathered—and each one individually—will at today's gathering strive to personally contribute the maximum amount possible, as well as help ensure that the necessary sum expected by the administration of Central Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch will be promptly raised.
The merit of tzedakah in general—and especially tzedakah connected with proper education, strengthening Judaism, Torah, and awe of Heaven—will draw down blessings for all participants: for themselves, their households, and their families—blessing and success in all they need: children, health, and abundant livelihood.
