נמסר לי מכתבו, כי כתב שמי על המעטפה, אבל בפתחי אותו ראיתיו כתוב לבית חיינו, ואיני יודע כוונתו בכ"ז, ולכן מסרתי מכתבו לאשת חבר כחבר, היא כבוד חמותי הרבנית תחי'.
שמו ושמות בניו שיחיו שמזכיר במכתבו נזכרו על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ. וכן הזכרתים בהיכלו שבו נכנסים ליחידות ולנתינת פדיונות.
ויהי רצון שיקויימו ברכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, על מילואן בקרוב ממש.

Your letter was delivered to me, in which you wrote my name on the envelope. However, upon opening it, I saw it was addressed to Beis Chayenu, and I do not know your intention in this matter. Therefore, I gave your letter to an "eshet chaver k'chaver," namely my esteemed mother-in-law, the Rebbetzin, may she live.
Your name and the names of your sons that you mentioned in your letter were mentioned at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. I also mentioned them in his chamber where people enter for yechidus and to give pidyonos.
May it be G‑d's will that the blessings of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, be fulfilled completely and very soon.

Summary
