ולפלא גדול שאינו מציין (עיין לקו"ת במדבר ו, ב בפי' מרז"ל: ולא מצינו כו' אלא זה כו') יום תאריך כתיבת מכתבו והרי הימים י"ב וי"ג תמוז ימי סגולה לתקון בכל הענינים עליהם מסר נפשו בעל השמחה ועשיית הנ"ל ה"ז כלי למילוי משאלות לבב לטובה לא רק בענינים הרוחנים אלא גם בענינים גשמיים, וק"ל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 13th of Tammuz along with the pan to be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzukal lehe nbagm zya.
It is very surprising that you did not note (see Likkutei Torah Bamidbar VI, B in the explanation of our Sages: "and we do not find etc. except this etc.") the date your letter was written; after all, the days of the 12th and 13th of Tammuz are auspicious times for rectification in all matters for which the Baal HaSimchah gave his life. Doing what was mentioned above serves as a vessel for fulfilling heartfelt requests for good not only in spiritual matters but also in material ones. And this is clear.
