Shalom u'Vrachah!
After the longest pause, your letter from the 26th of Iyar with its attachment was received. It is understood that in such matters one must follow the instructions of a specialist doctor regarding whom you write, for it is also for the benefit of the daughter—surely at home it is impossible for her to receive all the necessary care and treatment that is possible in the environment recommended by the doctor. However, first it is necessary to find out more details about the institution and most importantly to establish connections with the doctor at the institution so that you can know what is happening with her and ensure she will be cared for with proper attention—not just routinely—and this is self-evident.
May it be G‑d's will—Healer of all flesh and Who works wonders—that your actions will serve as a vessel to receive blessing from Above, as it is written: "And Hashem your G‑d will bless you in all that you do."
If this has not yet been clarified, it may be worthwhile to bring up with the specialist doctor regarding her menstrual cycle; if it is irregular, certainly improvement in this area will improve her overall condition. Also ask him whether in such cases there is room for medications like "Aminasid," and regarding her complaint about pain—treatment by shock or similar methods.
It is surprising—especially based on reports about your participation and success in spreading the wellsprings—that you do not mention anything about this area. Based on our Sages' praise of a mitzvah that cannot be done by others (Moed Katan end of page 9a), it would seem you should focus on circles within the party... especially concerning youth and young people there. In particular, as Mr.... told me that there is a favorable attitude toward religion and its matters there—even more than favorable—and even so, in such cases what matters most is practical action: I mean that when meeting them you should propose a practical plan for fulfilling mitzvos in action, with words that come from the heart.
As we stand on the eve of Shavuos—the giving of one Torah which unites physicality and spirituality both collectively and individually—may you have good news in all of the above.
Blessings in the language of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe: to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness, and for good tidings.
Summary
The Rebbe stresses careful medical consultation for one's child while also urging active involvement in outreach work among youth. Both physical well-being and spiritual engagement are important; blessings are given for success in these areas as Shavuos approaches.
