לשאלותיו: א) פשיטא שטוב עושה שמדפיס ממאמרי רבותינו ושיחותיהם הק', וזכות הרבים תלוי בו. ב) לירד לפני בתיבה בש"ק שלפני יאצ"ט (במוסף וכיו"ב) - אין מנהגנו בזה. והרוצה בזה דוקא - מהיכא תיתי (ויש להעירו מסוכה לב, סע"ב: הואיל ונפיק כו'). אבל לעורר מחלוקת ע"ז וכיו"ב - הוא לא מנהג כ"א איסור מה"ת, ות"ח מרבים שלום.

To your questions:
a) It is obvious that you are doing well by printing the discourses and talks of our Rebbeim, and the merit of the many depends on you.
b) Regarding leading the prayers before the amud on Shabbat before a yahrzeit (during Musaf and similar cases) – this is not our custom. And for one who insists on doing so – what basis is there? (It is worth noting Sukkah 32b: since he has already fulfilled etc.). But to provoke disputes about this or similar matters – this is not a custom but rather a prohibition from the Torah, and Torah scholars increase peace.
