וע"פ פרשת שבוע זה, כתורת רבנו הזקן (תורת מורנו הבעש"ט) בהענין של: א) וירא (ואתגלי) מלאך ה'. ב) בלבת אש ג) מתוך הסנה-
יהי רצון שיבשר טוב בהפעולות אודותם כותב, אשר נקודתם הפנימית היא, התאחדות שני הענינים, לבת אש, רשפי' רשפי אש שלהבת י"ה (תפלה וכיו"ב - שתוכנה עלי' מלמטה למעלה, כענין האש וירא התגלות למטה (תורה ומצותי'- שתוכנה, בכללות מלמעלה למטה).
ויהי' זה מתוך הסנה, עולם הזה, מקום צר, צרה - לעושת מצרה צהר ע"י אור התורה והמצות.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter.
In connection with this week's Torah portion, according to our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe (the teachings of our teacher the Baal Shem Tov), regarding: a) "And an angel of Hashem appeared (and was revealed)"; b) "in a flame of fire"; c) "from within the bush"—may it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding the activities you write about. Their inner point is the unification of two matters: a flame of fire—its sparks are flames of fire from the Divine Name Y-H (prayer and similar matters—whose content is elevation from below to above, like fire), and revelation below (Torah and its mitzvos—whose content is generally from above to below). And this should be from within the bush—this world, a place that is narrow or in distress—to make an opening for light through Torah and mitzvos.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that by uniting prayer (rising upward) with Torah and mitzvos (drawing down holiness), we can transform even life's constraints into channels for G‑dly light through Torah and mitzvah observance.
