ויהי רצון, שההתועדויות אודותן כותב תפעלנה במשך כל השנה כולה, ובאופן דאשה כי תזריע וילדה זכר (כשההתעוררות באה באתערותא דלתתא הרי היא בת קיימא, עיין לקו"ת ר"פ ויקרא), ובמילא יקוים מצות משה רבנו לישראל אותו יצה"ר תעבירו מלבכם ותהיו כולכם כו' ועשיתם כן וירא אליכם כבוד ה' (ספרא שמיני ט, ו), ויהי' זה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

המתבונן אפילו לשעה קלה בדברי ספרא האמור שהוא החמור בספרים ספרי הלכה (תוס' ברכות חי, ב) הרי מוכרח להודות שאין לך פנימיות התורה יותר בחלק הלכות שבתורה מהנ"ל.

In response to your letter from the 25th of Nissan. At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal (may his merit protect us), for the matters about which you write.
May it be G‑d's will that the farbrengens you mention will have an effect throughout the entire year, and in a manner of "Isha Ki Tazria V'Yalda Zachar" (when the awakening comes from below, it is lasting—see Likkutei Torah at the beginning of Vayikra). Consequently, may Moshe Rabbeinu's command to Israel be fulfilled: "That evil inclination you shall remove from your hearts and you shall all... and you shall do so and the glory of the L‑rd will appear to you" (Sifra Shemini 9:6), and may this be with joy and gladness of heart.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
P.S. One who contemplates even briefly on the words of the aforementioned Sifra—which is considered among halachic works as most stringent (see Tosafos Berachos 8b)—must admit that there is no greater inner dimension of Torah within halachic sections than this. Your letter from the 18th of Nissan was received; apparently it went by regular mail. The same applies to your letter from before Rosh Chodesh Ziv. Printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 7 p. 304. A similar version was sent to several people.
