In response to your letter from the 11th of Adar with the pan that was received on Purim—I have taken it and will respond—that it should be fulfilled in accordance with what is written: "VeHaYamim HaEileh Nizkarim VeNaasim Bechol Dor VaDor" (And these days are remembered and performed in every generation), and it is known that when they are remembered, they are also performed; there should be light, joy, gladness, and honor as our Sages expound and also in the simple sense.

Blessings for good news with expanded livelihood.

Regarding what you wrote about the Bar Mitzvah celebration that falls on Pesach—based on what is written in Zohar Chadash Bereishis about the greatness of joy on this day—it is understood that there should be some sort of celebration on the day itself. It is also understood that you can make another gathering in the following days at a suitable time and manner, provided words of Torah and Chassidus are shared there.

Regarding what you wrote about Shulchan Aruch HaRav—the printing here has already been completed (perhaps even before Pesach) with several additions. Section 769 was sent to you as requested... It was printed in Likkutei Sichos vol. 20 p. 577 and completed according to the copy from the secretariat.
