ובפרט אשר נמצאים אנו בחדש אדר, חדש ההצלחה לבני ישראל ועניניהם בטוב הנראה והנגלה, וכידוע המעלה דפורים לגבי חנוכה, (ראה ט"ז לשו"ע או"ח סי' עת"ר סק"ג, הקדמה לשערי אורה) הרי גם בהנ"ל יהי' עד למטה מעשרה טפחים, מנפש ועד בשר.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 8th of Adar. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding both communal and personal matters, as one is dependent on the other.
Especially since we are now in the month of Adar—the month of success for the Jewish people and their affairs in revealed and apparent good. As is known, Purim has a higher quality compared to Chanukah (see Taz on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 688:3; introduction to Shaarei Orah). Therefore, also regarding what was mentioned above, may it be down to below ten handbreadths—from soul to flesh.
Blessings for a joyous Purim and for good news about your success in holy work in the tents of Yisrael.
