ובמ"ש אודות הקישוים הכספים שבהמצב בכלל, שלכן ישנה הצעה מסחרית - הנה בתור מאמר המוסגר, רואה הנני תקות קלושות לעתידו של מסחר פרטי באה"ק ת"ו (לבד אולי קונצרנים גדולים ונתיני חו"ל וכו') ומכמה טעמים והעיקר מפני ההתחרות של הארגונים השונים בזה. וכותב הנני עד"ז כאמור בתור מאמר המוסגר, כי אפילו באם הי' עתידות, כוונתי בהנוגע לחומריות וגשמיות - גם אז לדעתי אין כל מקום לסברא האמורה, שיעזוב חלקו היפה חינוך עטה"ק. ומאמר מוסגר שני, שכפי כל השערות בשכל הבריא, הנה ענין החינוך באה"ק ת"ו כר נרחב הוא לא רק לפעולות אלא גם לשכר כפשוטו, משכורת ההולכת וגדלה, ומזה מענה על נקודה השני' ככתוב בארוכה במכתבי הנ"ל, שמתאים להוראת תוה"ק מעלין בקדש ולא ח"ו להיפך...
מובן ע"פ מ"ש לכמה מאנ"ש, שאף שענין קבלת עול יסוד ושרש העבודה היא, ורישומה צ"ל ניכר במשך כל היום וכו' ולא רק באמירת מודה אני והודו לה', הנה להצלחת העבודה דרוש שיהי' לו בזה טעם ועונג וספוק נפשי גם בכלי השכל, ולכן הצעתי מקומה, באם שניהם יקבלו זה עליהם מתוך הסכמה מלאה ולא מפאת קבלת עול גרידא.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו ומובן שגם אותו בכלל שיבשר טוב מהצלחתו מופלגה, מתאים לקוים האמורים.

... In response to the content of your letter regarding these matters... It is understood and obvious that since Hashem has granted you talent in the field of education according to the purity of holiness, and moreover you are succeeding in this with increasing progress, it is clear that you should continue in this path—and even more so with added effort and diligence. All the more so compared to those who have not yet engaged in this or whose success is uncertain; all of them are obligated to use their abilities to save Jewish souls, to stand at the forefront of capturing Jewish souls and revealing within them the hidden and latent awakening of their hearts toward Hashem, His Torah, and His mitzvos—openly expressed in daily life through practical action.
Regarding what you wrote about the financial difficulties of your current situation and therefore a commercial proposal: as an aside, I see little hope for private business in Eretz HaKodesh (except perhaps for large concerns or foreign nationals, etc.), for several reasons—the main one being competition from various organizations. I write this only as a side note because even if there were prospects (and I mean materially), still in my opinion there is no reason to leave your beautiful portion—education according to the purity of holiness.
A second aside: by all reasonable estimates, education in Eretz HaKodesh is a broad field not only for activity but also for literal salary—wages that are increasing. This answers your second point as explained at length in my previous letter: according to Torah's instruction we ascend in holiness and not G‑d forbid the opposite...
It is understood based on what I have written to several of Anash that although accepting the yoke is fundamental and essential to service—and its effect must be felt throughout the day etc., not just when saying Modeh Ani and Hodu LaHashem—still, for success in service it is necessary that one also have pleasure and satisfaction intellectually. Therefore my suggestion stands: if both accept this upon themselves with full agreement—not merely out of accepting the yoke alone.
At an auspicious time they will mention all those you write about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden—according to your letter's content. It is also understood that you yourself are included—that you should hear good news about outstanding success according to these lines.
